Terms of service

These terms apply to every order placed on happycacti.com, including Happy Sher at happycacti.com/happy-sher. Both brands are run by Happy Cacti ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Our cards

We design, print and pack every card ourselves after you order it. We take care to show our cards accurately, but colours on screen can vary slightly from the printed card.

Orders

When you place an order, we'll email you to confirm we've received it. The contract between us is formed when we dispatch your order. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a price was shown incorrectly. If that happens, we'll tell you and refund anything you've paid.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include any VAT that applies. Delivery is charged separately and shown at checkout. Payment is taken securely at checkout through Shopify's payment system. We never see or store your full card details.

Discounts

Bundle discounts (25% off 4 or more cards, 30% off 10 or more) are applied automatically in your basket. Discount codes, such as our welcome code, apply only on the terms stated with them. We may change or end offers at any time, but this won't affect orders already placed.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days. Delivery options, prices and times are set out in our shipping policy.

Returns and refunds

Because every card is made to order, we don't accept returns for a change of mind. If a card arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, we'll replace or refund it, as set out in our refund policy.

Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, text and images on this website belong to Happy Cacti or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or sell them without our written permission.

Our responsibility to you

We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We're not responsible for loss that wasn't foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in place when you placed your order apply to that order.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
